History of Myanmar
The picture above is the capital building of Myanmar
I am not going to lie and say the history of Myanmar is a tale full of fairy tail endings and rainbows. The history of Myanmar is a dark one filled with war and bloodshed.Even now Myanmar is being targeted for terrorist attacks and wars. That is the way it has been ever since they were colonized by britain after 3 Anglo-Burmese wars over a time span of 60 years. So then Myanmar was under British rule until World War ll when they gained freedom and were then ruled by a military socialist run government. Until 2008 when the Myanmar military government agreed to have a switch in government over to a parliamentary republic and made a constitution like the US did when we declared are freedom from Britain.
Current event

Now I am not going to lie Myanmar looks pretty bad right now as there is a huge genocide going on right now so this current event will not be happy (you have been warned). Now into more depth Currently in Myanmar there is what the UN calls ethnic cleansing) which is just another way of saying a state sponsored genocide. The two sides in this are the Myanmar government troops and the muslim minority in the country. Now the UN (United Nations) just say it is a ethnic cleansing and will not step in to do anything about it and will not even send food and water rations to the refugees living in the camps there. And even if you were to escape death and make it to one of these camps your life would still suck especially if your a female as there have been many confired reports of gaurds rapeing female refugees.
